Scope
These terms govern the use of the Club Americano site, operated by I AM Hospitality. By browsing it, you accept what is described here. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use it.
Informational purpose
This site is informational and promotional. The published menu corresponds to the opening proposal and may change without notice: dishes, ingredients, presentations and prices are subject to availability and season. The information published does not constitute a binding offer.
Reservations
Reservations are handled through OpenTable, a third party platform. The conditions for booking, modification and cancellation are those set by that platform together with the restaurant policies in force at the time of the visit.
Allergens and dietary restrictions
Menu descriptions do not list every ingredient or every trace present in the kitchen. If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction, tell our team before ordering so we can guide you.
Alcoholic beverages
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages are permitted only to people over 18 and subject to presenting valid official identification. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable regulations and our internal responsible service policies.
Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, texts, photographs and other content on this site are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
Third party links
The site links to external platforms such as OpenTable, Instagram and Google Maps. We do not control their content or their terms of use, and we accept no responsibility for them.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. We may modify or suspend its content at any time.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Chihuahua, Chihuahua.
